Yoga with Kaileen

I am a Yoga Alliance RYT 500 and have been teaching in studios, offices, and companies in Boston and privately since 2007. I received my RYT 200 from Prana Power Yoga in 2007 and completed my RYT 500 with my teacher, Jacqui Bonwell at Sacred Seeds Yoga School. I specialize in Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, Prenatal, Yoga Nidra, Postnatal, Mommy and Me, Meditation and Self Care.

I have my Balanced Athlete™. Level 1 Certification and am versed in Clinically Informed Restorative yoga.

I have been fortunate to study yoga in India, Chile and here at home with some of the most renowned teachers in the US.

It truly is my honor to lead my students through dynamic, challenging and creative flows based in functional movement. My goal is to help my students practice yoga on the mat so that when they walk off of their mats and into the world, they have the tools to use their breath, to put one foot in front of the other and move forward even when it is overwhelming or daunting. Each and every class will meet students - whether beginners or advanced practitioners - where they are. I want you to come home to your truest self and fall in love with the practice while maintaining a steady and joyful connection to yourself.

I want to help you remain centered even when your life becomes unbalanced. Don't wait. Begin your journey with your next breath.

Testimonials

As someone who only had done yoga a few times before, I was a little uneasy at first joining our company’s yoga sessions. As soon as I sat in for my first session, I felt so comfortable thanks to Kaileen’s welcoming vibe and bubbly personality. She does a fantastic job of making everyone in the class feel so inclusive, no matter their level of practice. She stresses destressing and taking that heavy backpack of responsibilities off our shoulders for our time spent together, which in today’s day and age can sometimes be quite a challenge. I would have never imagined myself regularly doing yoga, but now I find myself trying to never miss a class thanks to Kaileen!

This class was such a great mix of fun and challenging! I love that Kaileen emphasizes functional yoga techniques while offering room for self exploration! Kaileen brings such a personal touch to class!

After over of year of no yoga Kaileen’s class was so amazing I was, no joke, shedding tears of joy by the end. Studio is great, neat and welcoming. Kaileen put me at ease from the second I walked in. She’s excellent. Class make up was a mix of less advanced (like myself) and a few advanced students so you feel inspired, not inadequate. The class was intuitive and at the same time, challenging, which is a magic yoga combination. I highly recommend Kaileens class and this studio!

If you are looking for a challenging, feel-good class, Kaileen’s class is the place to be. Kaileen is simply the best. She is personable, thoughtful, and makes every student in class feel seen, challenged and accomplished. I can’t say enough things about her classes- you will not be dissapointed!
— Chelsea
Kaileen has one of the best classes in Southie. She is incredibly knowledgeable and every practice is unique and playful. You will learn something new every time you take a class with her!

Kaileen is a radiant being and empathetic instructor. I’ve taken several of her classes in the middle of the day at work. I always leave standing taller, feeling lighter on my feet, and fully reset to take on the rest of my workday with more compassion and focus. I’m able to approach the rest of my afternoon with the same results as if I was fresh at 9 AM in the morning, and I’ve noticed the absence of the afternoon slump afterwards. I highly recommend having her as an instructor at your workplace, whether it’s in the morning or lunch break – there’s an immediate, tangible effect on work productivity and demeanor. Employers can rely on her to help re-center employees when they need it most.

Kaileen’s classes are always challenging and creative. She is a very talented teacher. It is obvious to me (as a trained yoga instructor myself) that she takes the time to design her classes for both new yogis and those of us who have been practicing for awhile. I have never failed to be impressed by her creativity and enthusiasm.
